Problem: When sleeping aboard Lazy Ka, during the course of the night, I found that my pillow would inevitably end up working its way into the cavern under the cockpit seats making for greatly reduced comfort to my noggin. I also found while on the water, that some small items stowed loosely in the cabin (like my always at hand camera) would end up in that less than convenient cave.

Solution: I fabricated hinged panels that rest on the berth cushions. Voila! No more lost camera or pillow!

This project timed in under two hours . . . couldn't ask for much easier.
