NOTE:
The guys were also in an episode of the program "Convoy" which aired on October 22, 1965. It was in the segment entitled "The Duel." They played themselves and sang two songs, "Hard Travelin'" and "Blowin' In The Wind." Regretfully, I also did not see this production, so that's about all I can tell you about the program. I will mention that the format of the series chronicled a fictional World War II journey of nearly 200 ship from the United States to Europe. One review I read about it stated "These dull and uninspiring stories detailed the problems of tranporting ships, supplies, and men through U-boat infested waters." I think it was cancelled after one season. An "Episode Guide" to the show stated "...the show boast an interesting array of guest stars ranging from the Kingston Trio (making their first - and probably only - dramatic appearance) to Dennis Hopper, Jack Palance, Leslie Nielsen and James Doohan."
